Whiteite-(CaMnFe) is a calcium manganese iron phosphate mineral of the whiteite group, occurring in complex phosphate assemblages in granitic pegmatites. It forms pale yellowish to brownish monoclinic crystals, typically as a secondary alteration product of primary lithiophilite or triphylite. The mineral is studied for its role in documenting phosphate mineral evolution during the oxidation of Fe-Mn phosphates in pegmatite environments.
