Jonlarsenite is a rare lead zinc fluoroarsenate mineral first described from the oxidized zones of a polymetallic ore deposit. It forms colorless to pale white prismatic crystals associated with other secondary arsenate and fluoride minerals in the gossan. The mineral is of scientific interest for its unusual Pb-Zn-F-As crystal chemistry in supergene mineral assemblages.
