grupo Wenlanzhangite-(Y) is a rare yttrium-dominant phosphate mineral of the churchite, forming in REE-enriched granitic pegmatites or weathered REE ore deposits as pale yellowish to white monoclinic crystals. It is named for Chinese mineralogist Wenlan Zhang and contributes to the systematics of the churchite-xenotime series of yttrium phosphate minerals.
